LAD365 provides a fully integrated experience as well as smooth and effortless navigation between live chat, co-browsing, voice and video conversations, and chatbot on Microsoft’s CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365LAD365’s rich functionality brings about real-time customer engagement on Microsoft Dynamics 365, while providing swift customer experience and support through co-browsing with audio and video chat. LAD365, which is built on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 platform, can leverage Microsoft’s rich dataset to enhance the customer experience and expand customer engagement channels.
